If you're looking to get your furry friend's paws taken care of, we're happy to help! We welcome dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and ferrets for our paw care services. Please note that we do not allow pet parents to assist. For your pet's safety, they must be on a leash or in a pet carrier and under complete control at all times. If your pet is showing signs of severe stress, we will stop the services to ensure their well-being. Additionally, if necessary for the groomer's safety, we may use a muzzle or stop the services altogether. We want to make sure that your pet is comfortable and happy throughout the process.

Please be aware that quicks can grow at different lengths and may be difficult to see. While we make every effort to avoid it, there is a possibility of quicking a nail during the process.

You can make an appointment or walk-in to our physical location, although appointments will take priority and walk-ins may have a wait.

Nail Trim

Suitable for dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, rabbits, guinea pigs, and ferrets.

Paw Care

Feet Trimming (Around Tops and Outer)

This is suitable for dogs, puppies, long haired cats and kittens. The fur is trimmed around the top and outer of the paw. This service does not include paw pad shaving (you can add separate).

Paw Pad Shaving (Under and In Between Toes)

This is suitable for dogs, puppies, long haired cats and kittens. The fur is trimmed under and in between the toes. We do not do "Poodle feet".

Paw Balm Application

Help moisturize dry paws.

Fur Care

Trimming Around The Eyes

Suitable for dogs and puppies to help them see from over grown fur in the eyes. This is not a full face/head trim.

Sanitary Shave

Shaving fur around the genitals to help keep waste and smell build up away. This is only suitable for puppies and dogs.

Brush Out (5 minutes)

This is not a dematting service. A 5 minute brushout for a coat that is mat free.

Cologne Spritz

A spritze of pet cologne.

Neaten Up Feathers

The legs, hind-end, and tail are lightly trimmed to neaten. This is only suitable for puppies and dogs.

Dematting (if humane)

Starts with 8 minutes of brushing and dematting if humane. $1 per minute there after. If the pet shows signs of stress or discomfort, services will be stopped. This is only suitable for dogs or puppies.

Our pooches, Ember & Uri love this package. Nail trim with grinding, feet trimming (around tops and outer), paw pad shaving (under and in between toes), sanitary shave, trim around the eyes, brush out (5 minutes), cologne spritz, teeth-brushing, ear cleaning / plucking, paw balm applied, and neaten up feathers (light trimming around the legs, hind-end, and tail to neaten). Miscellaneous Fees

No Show

If you fail to show for your appointment you will be charged 50% of the services scheduled. This fee will be due prior to any further bookings.

Special Handling

Special handling would be examples of extreme agression or behavioral issues that require extra time for services to be completed than normal.

One on One

We understand that some pets are reactive to others and they need a one on one approach for their services at Topher's Paw Co.

We can now ensure this with our "One on One" service. If your pet is reactive to others, we will schedule you for an appointment where we can mark out additional time prior and after your pet's service time. We will place a sign on the door that we are working with a reactive pet and to please wait (This is primarily intended to inform walk-in clients that they must wait outside).

Attempt Fee

We accommodate all types of behaviors and pets. In the event that we are unable to safely finish a service for new clients, a $10 fee will be applicable for our attempt.
