Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging with our services or shopping our online store. You should understand that by using our services or shopping our online shop, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 1. YOUR STATUS
By placing an order through our site for services OR products, you warrant that:
1.1 you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
1.2 you are at least 18 years old.
2. CANCELATION POLICY
You acknowledge that by employing our services, you will adhere to our cancellation policy and fees:
1.1 You may cancel your appointment at our physical location, 4737 Marsh Rd. Suite B, Okemos, MI 48864, without incurring a fee, provided that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel via text at 517-648-7596, email Chris@topherspaw.co or calling 517-648-7596.
1.2 If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a 50% fee equivalent to the services scheduled at our physical location.
1.3 No-show appointments incur a "no show" surcharge of 50% of the scheduled services.
1.4 In order to avoid incurring any fees, it is necessary to cancel our residential service at least 24 hours in advance. A $25 fee will be imposed if you terminate without providing a 24-hour notice.
1.5 If you are not present at your residence when we arrive for our residential service, you will be charged a fee of $40.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
1.1 we accept debit card, credit card, cash, apple pay or google pay. We do not accept checks.

This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service, the www.TophersPaw.Co website.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

7. MESSAGING TERMS & CONDITIONS
GENERAL
When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Topher's Paw Co. for Topher’s Paw Co. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Topher’s Paw Co. . Topher's Paw Co. reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Topher's Paw Co. also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number where messages are sent.
Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

CANCELATIONS OF COMMUNICATION
You can cancel any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Topher's Paw Co. again, just sign up as you did the first time and Topher's Paw Co. will start sending messages to you again.

TRANSFER OF NUMBER
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at Chris@TophersPaw.Co. We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. 8. Loyalty Program
Oappso Loyalty is employed by Topher's Paw Co. to offer a loyalty survey platform through a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. Oappso Loyalty maintains all collected data.
Users of digital loyalty cards should be cognizant that by providing their name, email address, and any other personal information, they may be disclosing information that could be used to identify them personally to Oappso Loyalty. This type of transmission or disclosure of personal information is not covered by the security and privacy protection implemented on the Oappso Loyalty platform. Users of digital loyalty cards who register for loyalty cards should be aware that Topher's Paw Co. has access to their information. Topher's Paw Co. may utilize user data from digital loyalty cards to communicate with you regarding our products or services.
To accumulate stamps for your digital card, ensure that you bring it with you when you visit for your pet's nail trim. We are unable to provide you with stamps if your card is not present at the time of service. We are unable to provide stamps retroactively. For each nail trim service that you purchase, one stamp will be issued to each companion. Remember to store your card in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to have it readily available during your visit. It is also required to be stored there. Please be informed that any stamps that have been acquired will not be recouped if your digital card is deleted from your phone. Furthermore, we reserve the right to modify or terminate the loyalty card program at any time, at our sole discretion without notice. By enrolling in our digital loyalty card program, you consent to the terms of service of the provider, Oappso Loyalty.
9. Our online shop
By purchasing gifts, treats, or products from our online shop, you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older and intend to use a payment method that you are authorized to use.
We do not provide refunds for the purchase of any products, treats, or gifts. If deemed necessary, we may provide an exchange.
The eGift cards purchased from our payment processor Square are not accepted by our online shop. Our store accepts eGift cards acquired through Square.
By making a purchase from our online shop, you acknowledge that personal and identifying information may be collected and stored by our eCommerce host, Ecwid. When engaging with or making a purchase from our online eCommerce website, Topher's Paw Co. LLC has access to personal and identifiable information.
10. SERVICES
1.1 In cases involving aggression or behavioral issues, a "special handling" fee of up to $20 may be applied
1.2 We accommodate all types of behaviors. However, if we are unable to safely complete a service for new clients, a fee of $10 will be assessed for our attempt.
1.3 We take utmost care to prevent the quicking of nails; however, please be advised that this may occur.
1.4 While we do not require proof of vaccination records, rabies vaccinations are mandated by law. We recommend adhering to your veterinarian's vaccination schedule for your pet.
11. GIFT CARDS
PURCHASED JANUARY 12, 2025 AND AFTER THE FOLLOWING APPLIES
1.1 Gift Cards, eGift Cards, Gift Certificates are valid for 5 years from purchase date. All gift cards, eGift card, and Gift Certificates will expire after 5 years of purchase and all value forfeited.
1.2 Gift cards are non-refundable
1.3 We do not replace lost, misplaced, or stolen gift cards
