If a product is damaged during shipment we will offer an exchange once we have sufficient proof via. photos that it was damaged during shipment and receive the damaged product back. This is so we can file a claim with the shipping company. If 3 days have passed since you received your purchase (Delivered), you will not be offered a replacement and/or exchange of any kind.
