Refund / Exchange Policy For Topher's Online Shop

Thank you for shopping at Topher’s Paw Co. 

We do not offer any refunds on purchased toys, treats, or products. If a product is damaged during shipment we will offer an exchange once we have sufficient proof via. photos that it was damaged during shipment and receive the damaged product back. This is so we can file a claim with the shipping company. If 3 days have passed since you received your purchase (Delivered), you will not be offered a replacement and/or exchange of any kind.


Eligibility for refunds

  • We do not offer refunds. 


Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Your item must have been damaged during shipment. We will need to see photos of the box and item(s). 
  • You must send us photos of the damage so we can file a claim with the shipping company. 
  • You will be required to return the damaged item(s) to us at your expense for shipping. 
  • If 3 days have passed since you received ( Purchase Delivered) your purchase, you will not be offered a replacement and/or exchange of any kind.

  • Damaged products must be shipped to Topher’s Paw Co. 4737 Marsh Rd. Suite B Okemos, MI 48864
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending us back damaged item(s).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! 


Pricing:

  • We do not offer a price guarantee period.
  • We do not offer price matching.
