At-home Service
***Please note that we are currently unable to offer home service. Unfortunately, on February 9, 2025 our mobile service van caught on fire. ***
Please use the "Request for Home Service" form below to request an appointment. We will reply via email. Please check your spam folder if you do not have a reply within 24 hours.
The online booking system will NOT work for mobile services.
Mobile at home services require a signed agreement. You will receive by email or text to sign. Home services are only for dogs and cats. Please review pricing and services offered below.
How mobile services at home work:
- 15 minutes before our arrival, we will text you to let you know we are on our way!
- Please have your pet(s) leashed or in a pet carrier and ready to go.
- We'll arrive and park in your driveway or curbside. If needed we will accompany your pet to our mobile van. We will use an additional slip lead for further safety and security.
- Sorry, but pet parents are not permitted to assist with service or enter the mobile van. Our doors must remain closed while a service is being performed for safety.
- We require up front payments for home services when your appointment is booked. We will send you a link to pay online. If you fail to prepay, your appointment will be cancelled.
- We only accept cash, credit, and debit. NO CHECKS.
